Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the new world with Covid, any reservations can be re-funded.

Prepaid reservations for our tours are transferable. If you wish to transfer your reservation, a written request by the person who submitted the original reservation must be sent to collingwoodfoodtours@gmail.com within 48 hours notice before the tour.

Please do not arrive late as punctuality is important for the proper timing of the tour. We can not wait for late arrivals. The posted meeting and departure times are strictly observed. Prepaid reservations can not be used towards future tours because of the inability to arrive on time.
